| At Park House, the restaurant serves modern British food using primarily locally sourced ingredients that are as fresh as possible. Their head chef, Grady Atkins together with his team, designs their delicious lunch and dinner menus using the finest meats and vegetables of the season. At the heart of Park House is the traditional Burges Restaurant, named after the buildings famous architect, William Burges. The quirky, gothic–inspired features, oak panelling and ornamental detail of Burges' work have been combined with contemporary tones to create an ambience of sophisticated luxury. |
