| At The Duke’s Cut, the restaurant menus combine traditional pub favourites with modern dishes using the wonderful produce of the area whenever possible. Their dishes are all cooked fresh and they change their menu's to work with the seasons, and offer classics such as bangers and mash and beer battered fish and chips, to more modern fayre like pan fried cod and creamy white wine mushroom linguine.
