| The aim of Wigan and Leigh College training restaurant is to teach students the various disciplines, both in the kitchen and the restaurant that they will need to apply when they go out into the hospitality industry. Each student is assessed on all the various units they need to pass the course. Students use locally sourced produce wherever possible-and strive to offer the best food and the best service. Their door is open to all diners and you will be assured of a warm welcome., |
