| Relax in their lounge with a Sipsmith Gin or glass of wine before dinner while you anticipate succulent oxtail made with two bottles of red wine, or their breast of duck with orange sauce. Simply book and select from their menu in advance and your meal is procured, prepared and cooked just for you.Theirr sliced sirloin beef, hard seared on a cast iron skillet and served rare is accompanied by the Waterloo House potato dish with goats cheese, cream and garlic. Served with wild mushrooms and slow roast, vine tomatoes with fresh basil, and finished with watercress, it is a dish of succulent textures and varied, complementary flavours. Their Exmoor grazed, grass fed (Ruby Red, single suckle) beef from Heal Farm is hung for 21 days. Vegetarians are also welcome. The best selling vegetarian dish is Caponata Charlotte. Full of natural grown products (fruit, nuts and vegetables) and goats cheese. It is served with wild rice enhanced with chopped spring onion and peas.
