At the heart of Wigan, situated in a beautiful and historic 18th Century stable building on Millgate you will find the Stables Brasserie. The Stables retains many original features but has been tastefully refurbished with a clean and contemporary feel that doesn't detract from the history of the building. They have created a menu that is rustic, tasty and in keeping with the pleasant roots and atmosphere of their restaurant. With good, honest cooking at its very best their dishes are based from traditional European cuisine. All ingredients, wherever possible, are locally sourced and from independent producers and suppliers.
