This 3 AA rosette excels in every aspect; excellent cuisine, presentation and first class service. You will not fail to be impressed at Ushers. Located within Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh, this is one of the best fine dining restaurants you will come across. Their Head Chef is a genius at his craft and together with his team delivers a memorable dining experience. The menu may feature squirrel, roe deer and with the home-made breads and excellent wine selection you are certainly in for a treat. If you are serious about your food the Ushers restaurant is the place to visit.
